With the Help of Farmland Dairies and Mr. Curtis Marcano, a generous container load of Parmalat Milk was donated to help the children of Haiti. Already a daily challenge for this basic nourishment, children and their families were left stranded from their homes after the numerous storms that rummaged through island. The shipment of milk was perfect timing as it served for immediate relief for the hunger stricken. Some of the shipment was also sent to remote villages in Hinche, Saint Marc and Damien.
The SAS family personally executed the delivery of this shipment. Reflected in the image of the Delmas distribution, desperation led to a panic for fear of not finding enough milk. For protection, the SAS team retracted back into the facility to finish the distribution from behind the gates and assured that every one indeed received milk.
